This 1944 S LWC looks like S on S OM or just damaged.

    I suspect it is not a S/S RPM, but either damage or damage with a little mechanical movement. The little extension of metal from the ;lower S over the higher one, makes me think damage. Jim

    has to be a style, font, .. reason- take the o away it makes the S off balance and looking like crap
