The "Highest Durability in American Value" is whats shown here in this "Barber Quarter", for this coin to even exist after making it through those old scruboards, ringer washers, being thrown in a dish to dry or pulled from a modern day multi-temperature dryer. "America the Durable"
This is actually known as the "Barber" design. It's named after Charles Barber, the engraver who made the design. Yours is well worn, but original and attractive. It grades AG-3. In that condition, its probably worth about $5-$6. Nice coin.
I thought that, perhaps, you may find this enlightening.... https://www.davidlawrence.com/books/the-complete-guide-to-barber-quarters/ The "Highest Durability in American Value" bit is probably somewhat debatable though.
