What do you think? MS 69 anywhere from 420-600. Ms 70 out of my price range. Looking at E-Bay seems like alot of people buying them. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks, Jim
Buy the cheapest example you can find and DO NOT "rush" and pay list price since you'll lose money in the long run. If you've noticed, 99% of the offerings on eBay are Buy it Nows. What this tells me is that sellers are afraid to put them up for Auction since collector interest has really waned. If you can, try and wait for an actual auction or better yet, hunt for a raw one since I believe that there are still many out there that have not been identified. Either unknowing collectors or unknowing dealers. You might just get lucky. Like this fella! http://www.cointalk.com/t202198/
I've been waiting and I'll probably wait a bit longer. I'm of the mind that prices for these will fall in the future, but maybe that's just the dreamer in me. This from the guy that bought a '99 silver proof set (near the end of the height of the market) thinking the price would never come down. It started to slide in price right after I bought the set. So, my advice to Mr. Bender would be to wait until I buy the coin. I guarantee prices will go south the day after I purchase.......
