I don't coin roll hunt for Wheat Cents.. I metal detect them!

Each picture represents a different hunt for 2022.
Some says I find few and others I find a lot.

With 7 in 1 roll, seems like a Wheatback in almost every roll

    Hello A.Larry,
When I was actively metal detecting, during the Cenozoic, I found silver in 9 out of 10 yards where I dug wheat cents....Have you been as lucky?

I remember mine. (no one told me what to expect) After digging quite a few clad coins, out popped this bright-shiny silver mercury dime in XF condition. A 1941-D
looking like the day it was lost & absolutely tone free!
Hoping you have an equally exciting experience.

Is that normal for the mint mark to almost touch the 9 on the 1956D in roll #5 the 56 is not that close?

The mint marks were added to the original Philly dies at the Denver & San Fran. mints. The quality & placement depended on their worker to punch the mint mark into the die & hoping he had not had too much to drink the previous night. That's why you can get differently placed MM's & RPM's. (Re-punched mint marks)
