I don't think they have these cataloged that well, yet, to say. But, you find a serious collector, and, who knows? Most of us, I'd think, don't fall into that category, though, we just keep what we find. If you like these, though, look for them, also, on the '95s...that's also a good date for these.
Yes it;s a by by alright. i use to go through alot of rolls when i was a kid and found several of them they were kind of popular in the sixties. There is not much of a demand for them minor errors, and not much premium for them, but nice to have anyway and interesting enough to collect, because you can see them with the naked eye. i don;t think yours is a full BIE it's only halve way up . Still as Jazzcoins said. There is really not much of a premium over face. Essentially, it is a fairly common type of die chip. Probably no more than a quarter tops. Thanks, Bill
