I guess so, just with some of the threads some members have started makes me wonder how many figures some of us make. Rather instead, I don't worry about it as I know my place on this earth and understand I may never have an opportunity to make more than 25k annually. And that is of course if hyperinflation is truly a big myth.
When I was young and didn't have a lot of money, I lusted after large cents in mint state. I can remember vividly looking at one in the case of my local dealer, staring at that sparkling and unobtainable large cent (it was an 1820 Randall Hoard coin). Many years later, I got to purchase one, but I can remember how impossible it felt to be able to spend that kind of money on a coin. I guess the reason I share this is that you never know what the future may hold, and if you work hard and keep your dreams alive you can accomplish them. I know I never thought I would be able to hold a mint state large cent, yet that happened.

The San Francisco issues are also pretty rare despite much higher mintage numbers: http://blog.filipinonumismatist.com/2009/02/finest-1906-s-one-peso-offered-at.html 5) 1939 or 1940 Charbneau Dollar (another So-Called Dollar). By preference, I'd go with the HK-488: http://www.so-calleddollars.com/Events/Golden_Gate_Exposition.html
