Until I learned of the phony JM silver bars over on Listia, I did not know that JM has sold it's holdings to Asahi Holdings. Try as I did, I could not find anything in their sites that would make for an easy contact to tell them about this. If anyone could send me a link that would make this possible I would appreciate it. I think they would like to know about it. Thanks all.
Well... You can use https://www.whois.net/ to lookup the domain. In the returned data will be a couple of sets of contact info, that is supposed to be kept up to date and reach live people. But it's often the hosting company or IT people (who, you think, would be able to contact somebody in company management). The company web site, http://www.asahiholdings.com/english/ has a link to the refining company: http://www.asahirefining.com/ and an About Us page (http://www.asahirefining.com/about-us/) with several names. It lists their US and Canada addressees, phone numbers, LinkedIn page and has a message send function. There are 52 people listed on LinkedIn with the company, including the CFO. I have a 2nd degree connection in Canadian HR on LinkedIn, check your own profile. The former head of JM - Martin Durney - is on LinkedIn, he's a member of two groups you could ask to join and then be able to message him. Not sure what else you would possibly need...
There is an electronic contact form at the bottom of Asahi's "About Us" page, as well as addresses, telephone numbers and a LinkedIn link.
Thanks guys, I did not see your posts until just now. Sorry for the delay. I called out the person who was selling them and explained the seriousness of what they were doing. Today I checked back in and all of these listings were removed, but also, to cover their butts, they deleted all of the previous sales on them.
