Today I purchased a group of coins and paper money and one of the items is something I can't find any information about. I'll take photos when I get home and post them but I was wondering if someone might be able to point me in the direction of some information by the description.

I'm not positive whether this coin is silver or not but I've been able to find something similar that is listed as being silver.

    The obverse:

In capitals across the top it says "the life of lincoln" and on the bottom it says "first inaugural". There are two stars on either side of the coin. The center of the coin shows a scent of lincoln with some other people - I'm guessing during his first inaugural address.

    the reverse:

Along the top it says "first inaugural" and then goes on the have the following text "I am loth to close. We are not enemies, but friends. We must not be enemies. Though passion may have strained, it must not break our bonds of affection." Along the bottom there is a wreath and there is a letter "L" mint mark.

I've found 1oz silver rounds that are named "The Life of Lincoln" Emancipation Proclamtaion and another that is the Indiana Years but I'm struggling to find any mention of this one, or any information about it. I just like to know what these are so I can put a little note next to them as an FYI.

I appreciate any information you guys and gals may have. I've tried google, ebay etc.

    Thanks

    EDIT _ I think I found it here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140684620677&_trksid=p2992.m753

I'm not sure though - it doesn't say silver or sterling anywhere and i swear i see copper on the rim. I can't find anything else though

Here are photos. I took it out of the 2x2 it was in and I don't think it's silver. There appears to be a copper core on the rim and there is edge number that is 0492
