These two recent purchases reflect well the kind of US coins that I like to collect. Early US is my thing.

The 1815 Quarter is a coin I had been looking for for some time - it is in demand being the first year of issue. It is not that scarce, but people look for them. I believe there is only one variety for the year, so B-1. This example is in Fine condition or thereabouts, and nicely toned.

The 1806 LC is also VG10 to Fine in grade, but it has very nicely toned, smooth surfaces. It is also the only variety for the year, S-270, R-1. I wanted an 1806, and this is a nice one.

Love your new additions Eduard. Two beautiful classic U.S. coins that I would welcome into my collection without hesitation.
