The Heritage thread has been removed. Perhaps it will be restored at some point, perhaps it won't. But until some actual facts come to light, until the court makes some sort of decision regarding the case - the matter is closed. We are not here to smear somebody's good name. Neither are we here to try the case based on unsubstantiated allegations and assumptions. In the interest of fairness to all parties, and possible legal ramifications, we will not discuss this any longer. Any attempts to start additional threads on the subject will also be removed. Like it or not, that's how it will be.
For the record, some facts can be found here - http://www.mediafire.com/?ymyjiyhyzqh For those who wish, download the file. In it you will find court documenmts and court orders where the case was thrown out of court - 3 times. It was ordered to be settled by the American Arbitration Association where proceedings got underway on 5/19/09.
