The curious case of wide and off-balance rim coins

I've been finding a lot of these lately in various year coins.. currently about 20 pennies with wide or obviously way off to one side rims in front of me.
Been collecting since a kid but they have always been a mystery to me, so my question: Can any of these coins be sold as error coins more than face value?
    Thanks in advance

It depends on how off it is. Usually, part of the devices need to be missing before it is classified as an error. Value depends on how far off the strike is and scarcity.

Only if it is far enough off that part of the design is missing.
