    I think that was reasonable. They look pretty!:)

    I figured I would start on an easy set to finish first.

    Very nice start, and yes, good prices for specimens already graded. Do you intend to complete the entire series of PF & MS or just PF alone? Don't forget about the 1999 issues.

    Since they are all graded 69, you should be able to examine them and determine why they are graded 69 rather than 70. This can be a great help in the future if you are ever looking at raw specimens.

    Does this apply to any Proof coins? Or is this just MS?

    Well I would assume (though I may be worng) that the proofs will probably have full talons because of the strike. So this would apply to business strikes.
