Would anybody have any knowlege' or information regarding, this coin ? Would this be considered Rare ? I just haven't seen it , in the Coin-Mags/ or the Red-Book or the Rare Coin Market Report. My brother, just bought one on Ebay for less than $50.00 , it was graded by Anacs-2005-S Heavy-Cameo-Proof-68 Detached-Leg. an' also, will this coin appreciate in value ? Any help on this, would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't count on it. In th epast few years they have come up with more names for basically meaningless errors than they have in the entire preceeding history of the hobby. The vast majority of them are the result of ebay hype and trying to get uneducated or novice collectors excited so they will pay outrageous prices for something that is really nothing. This example you are asking about plays on the 3 legged Buffalo reputation. But in reality there is no comaprison between the two coins. But folks were betting there would be. Since they started using that name, detached leg, prices have done nothing but go down because people began to recognize it for what it was - meaningless hype. It has happened with many other hyped up errors as well.
