A big thank you goes to both thecoin and sunflower for the prizes from the contests I won from each of them. Thecoin sent me the 1942 dime and sunflower sent me the $25 John Adams dollars. To thecoin: I'll place this one with my others...slowly but surely completing my collection. To sunflower: I'm placing one of these in my collection and I will be taking the others and hiding them for my nephews to once again find them in their yard. Told my sister I'll be doing this and she begged me to hide them in my yard this time so Scott didn't start digging up her front yard again....LOL!!! Karen
I agree! Very nice! Sunflower's prize was a big surprise. Didn't know exactly what I was getting until it arrived.
Also received the 1960D D/D from Coneca when I joined. The 1970S collection came from a yard-sale find from my Mom...she only paid $2 for it! Bad part about that is someone popped the case open!
I love MM varieties. Usually search a couple hour. in the evening for them. The Mint set may be opened, but it is still cool.
