Here's an article where a hight court reversed an original ruling that a person in Germany was fined for buying something on eBay that turned out to be stolen. so, lets see, if it is a good dela we should turn it down, because it MAY be stolen? How do they know that the seller wasn't just dumb? (Like 1/2 the sellers on eBay.)
