Are all thai bullet coins made out of silver? What are they worth? I saw one for 3 bucks and was wondering if I should buy it. Thanks!

If authentic that is a steal regardless if its a 1 baht down to 1/8th baht, Rama I to Rama V. All of these are worth more than that, but there are fakes out there.

All of them should be silver. They always had good weight standards, so if you weigh it the weight should correspond to the correct coin.

How much should they weigh? I'm going to buy it tomorrow or friday.

It will depend on the size. They made 1 baht, 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 baht pieces for most Ramas. A baht is also a unit of weight, a little less than half an ounce.

Best suggestion would be to have the KM catalog and compare sizes with the pieces listed there, and then compare weights with the appropriate sized piece. Like I said, there are a lot of fakes of these around, like many coins from the far east. Whenever I am in Thailand I see lots of fake bullet coins for sale.
