My best guess is O-116. I’m not 100% sure, mostly because the bottom arrowhead on this coin isn’t quite the same shape as NGC’s example, but that could be due to damage.

If I'm correct with the "T" and "I" placement then I've successfully narrowed it down to 7 options which is where my current skill level is (my first attempt was my pickup just yesterday)

Does POOR 1 apply to this type of coin such as Eisenhowers?

 

I'm at o-116 also from the pups these old eyes can see.

Edit: Y'know, 116 might do it. The two are close.
