    Was the $1 bill the only bill that George Washington was on?

    How's about Lincoln? Only on the $5 bill?

    Haleiwa, Here we go, George first :Rev. of 1882-1908 $5 type 2 + 3, 1899 $2 silver cert.,1905,1906 + 1922 $ 20 Gold cert. Fractionals: $.03, .05. .10, .25, .50 Now Abe: 1869-1888 $100 U.S. Note, 1862,1863 $ 10 U.S. Note . 1861 $10 demand note, 1863 $ 20 %5 interest note, 1864$ 20 6% interest note, $.50 fractional note. Whew!.. There are probably a few more that I missed but it's early. I'm sure someone can add to the list. John

    its too early for me to think lol

    good old george was on alot of early currency. fractionals, silver certs, legals, nationals. for the most part, pretty much every kind :)

    george has been on foreign bills also. here he is on some Philippines 10 pesos notes

    Washington was also on a number of Confederate notes and on a few notes from South American countries.
