How long do coins from teletrade typically take to arrive? Do they use USPS first class or what? I never got tracking info. Thanks.
I can't remember how long it takes, but I do remember that I am always to the point that I am getting worried about them.
An estimate is about as good an answer as you can hope to get to your question... My experience has been about 5-7 days coast-to-coast after an invoice is paid in full and the order is confirmed. Shipping was usually First Class Signature required and they never used tracking information, much to my chagrin. I haven't won anything from TT in the past several months and don't know if they have changed anything with their shipping since undergoing a web site refresh/redesign, but the best way to know if any comments you receive are accurate or not, is to ask your question directly to customer service, so if you haven't, then try calling them: 1-800-949-COIN. You should also first read their shipping terms posted on their web site that detail shipping and turn around time estimates. There, they claim you will received tracking information.
Beginning in 2012, I began receiving a shipping notification email which contains a clickable tracking link. Before 2012, it was simply a shipping notification email. I live in California so my Teletrade wins always arrive within 3 business days, most times 2 business days. They are shipped 1st Class with signature confirmation.
I won a few cents on Monday and was shipped out yesterday and should receive them next Monday-Tuesday time frame.
