Teddy Roosevelt quarter design

    This is not about the Theodore Roosevelt National Park quarter from 2016. Instead, I remember hearing one time that the mint at one time considered replacing George Washington with Theodore Roosevelt on the obverse of the quarter for the National Parks quarter program. Can anyone find any info to back this up? Thanks.
