I have some Penny's that have the ghost looking things skull faces but this one is a little different but no one really told me what I had with the Penny's. I figured since I got one on a quarter I would look more in to it he'll I don't have no ideal what makes these coins to do that their a wild looking I have one that has probably 15 different types off skulls on it and they will have a big 5 and a big 2 on it

    That's not a mint error. It's a chemical stain.
    Post mint.

Imagine that you remain an active member of CT for years and years and years. Now, let's suppose that you have created 10,000 threads in that time, and you title every thread tatter tott. How in the heck are you going to find a specific thread without searching all 10,000?

do some research on error coins, look at websites, books, and such learn what you may have and may not have, that way you get better answers to your questions

so far you have PMD coins nothing special

You have a great deal to learn before you start having coins graded.
