Tag Sale Find

    Bought this for a quarter yesterday at a local tag sale. I have no idea if the fitting is gold or not but going to have it tested. 1971 2 cent British. Looks like it had been gold plated at one time but is wearing off. Yes Paddy, it's already in a flip...LOL. img247.jpg img246.jpg

    With the high mintage it's a wonder why anyone would bother making a copy. What a waste of time. Diff. strokes for diff. folks.

    It's a copy... Why would someone copy such a common coin... You can still find them by the bucket load for exactly 2p.
