Here's another overdate from Sweden. On these 1 Ore coins, the date area is very small--just 3mm across! It helps to study these under high magnification. In my case, I have my camera tethered to my PC--which makes it much easier on the eyes. At first glance, a lot is going on with the "5" in 1865. So I find it helps to do overlays of a possible underlying digit. In this case, the diagonal mark on the 5 is best explained by a 4. There is also a serif protruding from the base of the 5. Both details are explained by a 4, and in fact several 5/4 overdates from Sweden look similar to this one.
