in going through some coins i inherited I found a susan b anthony dollar. minted 1979 mint mark D . the odd thing is . it is stamped heads on both sides. is there any way to find out if it is real and the possible value? or is it simply a "joke" coin??
What you have is a magician's coin. The heads side of another coin was machined out and inserted into a circular slot carved from the first coin. You should be able to see a seam near the edge of one side.
