My friend was just checking his subscriptions from the mint and noticed they had all vanished except for the one for the proof set. When I looked at mine - same thing. My subscriptions for the ASE unc and proofs and all the others were gone. Are we missing something here? I'd assumed they would remain until cancelled. I'd like to keep them so I don't miss any of my series, but if I put them back in now, they may ship more coins. Anyone else see this, and is it usual? Thanks.
This happens all the time. They occasionally have problems with their systems. If you're concerned, you can just call customer service and ask them to verify your subscription.
Last week, I signed up for a silver proof subscription and an uncirculated subscription, one after another. I got an e-mail confirmation for both, but only the silver proof subscription shows up under 'My Subscriptions'. However, both show up under 'My Order History'. I figure it's some kind of system glitch, but I haven't called the mint or anything.
Just talked to the mint. They show all my subscriptions are in place and the issue is some work the IT group is doing. They let me know that they will be visible again soon.

I had the same thing happen to me, I went in to reorder and they were shown on my order screen ( which kept me from getting 6 silver proof sets and 4 mint sets luckily lol)
This has been going on for weeks - I called them more than two weeks ago about this and again last week. I was also told it was a bug that the IT group was working on. I also had them confirm all of my subscriptions the last time I called. So far so good. I did notice that before I called last week that the order for one of my subscriptions was posted(even though I could not see it), so I got the 14 coin proof sets last week.

same thing w/ mine. only 1 showing...had to calll and confirm all the rest were still there. i don't think they have fixed the glitch on the site yet tho. i callled about mine about 3 wks or so ago.
ditto!! I just checked again (third time in 5 weeks) and still only one of my subscriptions are listed... But since the proofs did show up, I am a little less concerned...
