So I notcied that the silver proof and regular proof set from the mint is including the pres dollars. What does that mean if you signed up for seperate subsrciptions for them both. I have a subscription for the silver proof and the dollars. Whne did they decide to combine them.

I dont know when the decision occured to combine them but I guess now you'll have 2 sets unless you go into the mints web site and cancel one of them. I also ordered the regular proof set, silver proof set and the Prez proof set. Im just going to let them come as they are and stash them away under my mattress.

I guess at worst I can sell one of the pres sets if the demand ever goes up

Some time last year. It has always been intended that the president dollars would be included in the regular and silver proof sets.

Yeah i guess it makes sense to combine them. I thought since they were a different dollar series they wouldn't be included and just the sacs would come with the proof set. but it looks like I am not the only one.

Don't know if you know anybody that is interested in coins well enough to give them a Christmas Present but just put the extra set away until then. Every year I order numerous sets of proofs and uncirc sets for Christmas presents. Not a bad idea if you don't know what to get someone.
