It's been a while since I posted on here. My computer has been on the blink and I've been busy. I have been considering submitting a few of my coins to NGC. I know none of them will come back 65's. Some will come back as 64's and a lot of them as 63's. By the way, I'm talking about Morgans and Walking Liberty's. Any advice? I'm debating whether or not it's even worth it.
Common date's are probably not worth it. If you have some better date coins perhaps, but the slabbing will run you upwards of $20 + a coin after all costs involved.
If you're not planning on selling them , put them in Intercept Shield 2X2s or airtites and enjoy them .:smile
AJ - NGC must cut you a special deal. Us lowly collectors must pay more. I sent a large cent a few weeks ago and it will cost me $30 plus $17 shipping & insurance = $47! I gotta get me some of that AJ love (spoken like a slang loving linguist)!
I want to get coins slabbed at PCGS (modern commemoratives, silver eagles) what is the cost per coin to do this. Is the 14 dollar price all I require? PCGS fee list : MODERN (1965 to date) $14 20 - 30 days † coin priceup to $300
