Stupid question...

I was wondering. Do coin grading companies need some sort of license or something to get paid to grade coins? Like if someone decides to open a new grading company (not that we don't have enough) would all they need to do is post an ad in coinworld or something and wait for coins to get submitted? Am I clear in my question? If not, I'll try and explain better.

    Thanks

Most cities and counties require business licenses, which are strictly revenue raisers and not regulators.
