Stuiver?

Hi,
I have found this coin that I think is a stuiver from The Netherlands. Can anyone confirm this please and maybe give me a little more information on it?

This is indeed a Dutch stuiver. It has been issued by the province of Overijssel: TRA(N)SISULANIA is the Latin translation of Overijssel.
