Thank you, This is a very weird case. It appears that the Celts in this area of Bulgaria looted substantial amounts of bronze coinage during their raids on Roman Macedonia at the end of the 2nd/ beginning of the 1st c. BC, and used the Roman/Macedonian coins to produce their own currency.
