Struck thru bicentennial Dollar…

This Bicentennial Dollar came in a plastic set of all the coins of the bicentennial.
I noticed on the reverse, down at the left side is an error. I’m thinking it would be considered a struck thru but I can’t tell what it was struck thru with. Can anyone identify this error? Am I correct it’s a struck thru? Can anyone guess what is was struck thru with?
The coin is still in the plastic it came with, and im assuming has never been taken out of the plastic, so take that into consideration when looking at it. Also, I added a picture of me marking strange designs and what looks like lettering on the coin. Maybe it’s my coin loupe playing tricks on me but I swear I see a couple of “x’s”, what looks like the word AMERICA, and even a sideways bear head with a curly ear. Lol. Seriously. Please look at that as well. If I’m crazy, ima crazy and that’s okay.
I’m uploading lots of pics. Any opinions or knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Did you look at the last picture? Can you see what I see or am I crazy? It’s okay. I’ve been called worse. lol.
It does look like a glob of grease. How exciting. :(

    Excellent find.
Sometimes it can't really be determined what caused the strike through issue.
Just call it a Struck Through Debris.

One of the things you circled looks like a stain or haze in the shape of a bear's head. Make sure it is not on the plastic by moving the coin a little. Another looks like a long line into the coin from contact with something hard. Speaking of "hard," don't be hard on yourself. Consider yourself lucky. Many people with high intelligence and a well-developed sense of imagination can see things others cannot. If someone like that looks at a coin long enough, they will be able to find contact marks into its surface in the shape of letters and numbers!

In my opinion, the coin is more valuable if kept in the original Mint package. What do you think @paddyman98?

It's a nice mint error but nothing really major to have it attributed. I don't think it would bring a huge premium. But yes, I would leave it in the original mint packaging. It would be a great conversation item.

Just be happy with the Struck through issue. Everything else is a figment of your imagination. The US Mint has no reason to add everything you think you see on their minted coins. Some items could just be simple pareidolia.

Nice find and a great struck through to have if left in the Mint packaging.

Definitely a trike thru . . . probably a wadded Kleenex or something like that. Keep it in the mint packaging, and store it with a dessicant packet.
