Strike through error? 2015 P Nickel

I'm not sure if I'm naming the error correctly or if its indeed an error. Looks like a strike through below the bottom step in the center of coin. Any help with what it is would be great. Thanks.

Could be a minor clash. But it's not large enough to have a great significance.
