i just came across washington quarter with no date struck exept top half of the 1 and most of united is sticking out from the rest of the coin and tes of states ,of and half the a in america is not there strangest thing ive seen but im new to coins so maybe not so odd to some of u let me know how to find out info or value of something like this
Welcome to the forum. If you could post pictures of the coin, that would definitely help in evaluating if it is an error or something like a worn die, etc... There are several threads with information on how to post pictures. Good luck.
welcome, and the cause of the error (?) could be anything from post mint damage to a greased die. The only way to tell is with a picture. Good luck
