Strange quarter

    Found this coin in lose change..on the front it looks like the eagle feathers on Washington's face..on the back you can see it says liberty like it does on older quarters..any idea what it is?

    Somebody squeezed or hammered two coins together. True die clash would not have the rim smashed withportions of the image. Not a mint error.
