found this 2000 d penny that has strange line under the mint mark and date , the lines run under the d they do not appear to be scratches and the eye appears to have a lamination issue
Most likely linear plating blisters. I really can't tell from your photos, but Zlincolns are notorious for them.
Around the eye and down the nose appear to be damage. If the lines under the date are raised, then they are scrapes/gouges into the surface of the die. Could be feeder finger marks. Wait for others to reply
The ear is definitely damage. The lines through the date look like part of the Memorial to me. I can’t say from your photos but that’s what it looks like. My best guess is a vice job.
