So found a dollar bill with a strange blue ink mark next to the portrait (the curve of the ink mark matches the curve of the portrait border) and didn't think much about it until i remembered I had a dollar bill in my collection which also had blue ink splotches on the bottom of it. so I comparred the 2 and it is the same ink, both are 2006 and printed in FW, one is FW A 172 and the other is FW A 173...can anyone tell me anything about these bills? sorry about the blurryness, i dont have a real camera. the curved mark is not as blurry as it looks in the photo...the edges of the ink are quite crisp.
Nothing special. Just tellers stamps. When a teller stamps the straps of a bundle of notes, sometimes they miss, getting some ink on the notes.
