So found a dollar bill with a strange blue ink mark next to the portrait (the curve of the ink mark matches the curve of the portrait border) and didn't think much about it until i remembered I had a dollar bill in my collection which also had blue ink splotches on the bottom of it. so I comparred the 2 and it is the same ink, both are 2006 and printed in FW, one is FW A 172 and the other is FW A 173...can anyone tell me anything about these bills?

sorry about the blurryness, i dont have a real camera. the curved mark is not as blurry as it looks in the photo...the edges of the ink are quite crisp.

    rickmp Frequently flatulent.

Nothing special. Just tellers stamps. When a teller stamps the straps of a bundle of notes, sometimes they miss, getting some ink on the notes.
