Strange Dime 200? (help please)

    Hello everyone, I recently found this dime on the ground and noticed it had a strange rounded edge. Can anyone give me some advice on what exactly is wrong with it?

    yeah, I guess it does have that look like it's been rolling around a dryer for a long time. Thanks.
