So I bought a error listing which I knew it was a error (I mentioned this on here before) - this is the convo we had. I was trying just trying to be nice and I am not sure besides using the word "lying" how I went wrong? ----------------------------------------------------------------- HER Message after I bought the item: So sorry I no LONGER have that Bar and the Listing was incorrect!!! It was meant for Auction not BUY IT NOW!! I am a new seller here ...I only Bought in the Past! I have refunded your MONEY !! So Sorry Again (Mentions her screen name) I will be getting many new Bars and Listing them in the Coming Weeks!! ----------------------------------------------------------------- MY RESPONSE: I figured it was a error - no worries Also you should state it was mean't for auction - never say you don't have the item anymore (that is lying I personally and I am sure many other people don't like that) Also you have 3k feedback you are not new lol. If this happens again just say you are very sorry but it was suppose to be a auction - don't ever lie. With that said, I buy error price items to help sellers - I do not lose money and it insures that the seller's don't get A-hole customers who demand the item they paid for. What I mean't basically is just tell the user it was a mistake to list the auction at the buy it now price and just say sorry. For example you are telling me you only been selling for 6 weeks and your feedback is because you bought alot of silver, I just clicked your feedback as a seller and it goes back over a year and you have 13 pages of feedback as a seller that is from this month, the past 6 months and the last year and over a year. (that is just from selling on ebay) - I honestly don't care at all but what I am saying just admit it was error and your sorry blah blah instead of adding all the other info And sorry if I sound like I am telling you what to do, as ebay buyer the first message you sent sounded inaccurate and did put me off. That seller is making zero sense. I don't even know how to respond when somebody is being that illogical!
