I'm going to venture to say it is a fantasy piece, and here is why: there is no date on it, unless there is edge lettering, which the op did not specify. also, argentina uses centavos/pesos... that coin says 10D, which is more commonly found on us gold pieces. The woman on the obv. is traditionally used in Argentine coinage, but the eagle, in that design at least, is American and is used on the rev. of $2.5, $5, and $10 gold eagles. That's just off the top of my head, but I'm curious what it weighs and its size compared to , say a US cent. -Andy

Is that one coin, or two different coins? If it's one, then yes, it has to be a fantasy piece. Two different coins, then well, that's different, and we'd need the obverse/reverse of both.

It's a game counter piece. There is a whole series of them with an Argentina obverse and a "US" reverse. (different denominations) The two I've seen most often are this one and one with a quarter reverse.
