i have a beautiful german east africa 1/4 rupie in silver, the coin has a deep blue tone and knowing how stateside collectors like toned coins, anyone who wants to send me a "white" example i will send the toned coin in return. i personally do not like haevily toned coins and i have this one as it is the only example i could find.
