    Hello all,

Does anyone know the variety of this Stolberg 2/3 Thaler? On the obverse there's a tail attached to the K at 10 O'clock and Christi is missing the I at the end.

    Many Thanks.

36 mm diameter and 13.002 grams.

The obverse legend should read - CHRISTOFRID.U.IOST.CHRISTI.GEBR.GR.Z.ST.K.R.W.U.H.

From Numista, I don't have any reason to think that it is not this one.

    Nice addition!

Stolberg coinage is complicated/ with different Ruling Lines/ sometimes issued joint rule coinage.

For what it is worth, I have several pieces. I find the imagery very appealing.
