I bought this a few years ago, and i was wondering if this was reprocessed, and how do you tell if they are reprocessed i'm new to steel cents.

It looks that way from the pictures. There are a number of different ways these are replated, not just one way, and you really have to see them to know. They don't all look the same.

Yup, looks reprocessed. Usually the "shine" gives it away. They probably used Royal Jelly at one point.

If the edges are zinc-plated they have been replated.

Try cropping the pictures down to just the coin. Also, take pictures OUT of the 2x2.

One of the shots shows mirrored fields so I'm leaning toward reprocessed.
