    Since most of the doubling is flat and the perimeter lettering shows spreading due to Die Deterioration Doubling. I think the mint mark is affected by DDD also, but it may be said to be a RPM in some guide online. I do not see any thing indicating a true Doubled Die. Jim

    Looks like an RPM but it was minted by a worn die and it has lots of wear. Even has some small rust spots on it.
