The outer circle on top has STATE OF and the bottom has NEW YORK. in the center it has an eagle sitting atop a shield with excelsior across the bottom and a person on each side. the shield has what appears to me as a sun on top and two ships on bottom. there isnt a date on it . the back is blank. Its copper also. any idea what its worth?
