That quarter is just the result of a grease-filled die. Kind of neat but not worth much, if anything, over face. I have a bunch of 1999's and 2000's that my grandpa collected that are missing the mint marks due to grease-filled dies. Not worth anything but they are kinda cool and were my grandpa's.
@HOLLYWOOD The links you posted represent major errors that do command quite a premium, but the grease-filled die that you posted is hardly considered a major error. You might get one dollar for it from a bidiot. Chris
