Could some one please tell me how rare a star note is? Like, what percent of $1 bills printed annually are actually starnotes? THanks

the rarity is not uniform with all one dollar bills... certain banks produce more than others for a certain year. I have a $20 star note that is worth a couple of hundred dollars and I have a $20 star note that is worth $25

Whats so special about the $100+ value on the $20? Is it an Africa note?

in all honesty, i have no idea why the value was set so high... it's a 1969 note

    $1 Star Notes.

This is the pride and joy of my star note collection. Well used, but intact. I've never seen another.
