Hey cointalk, For the past 2+ years, I have found some Stars! Nothing special, just cool. And this I call it 'Close, but no cigar...' look at the serial number.
those are some nice star notes! I have only found 1 star note, but I don't really look for em' often.

nice finds i actually used to collect them as much as i could i have 100s of star notes of different denominations !!! ranging from 1 to 100 dollar ones !! but over the past year or so i have seen a huge decrease in them i would say or 1000 bills have passed through my hands in the paste few months and not one star to speak of but i did get a 1953 $5 silver certificate not rare but still neat to get out of circulation !!
