    Even with the low serail number? What about FF65457342A, 2003A none star??

    thats not a low serial. 3 maybe 4 digits is a low serial.

    Aren't star notes ones that were messed up and destroyed, then replaced with a star? Since they can't repeat serial numbers?

    So wouldn't that make any star not rare since there are few of them in circulation?

    There are fewer of them, but some (for example 2001 $1 F block) had over 7million printed. Over 28 million star $1 were printed for 01 series.

    What books would you recommend to learn this information? These are things I need to learn about as well?
