Star Note Found (nothing special)

    Just was looking thru my wallet and noticed this bill in there. It's dated 1999, slightly tonr and wrinkld, and apparently is a Star. Since I don't really focus on notes is there anything special about it?

    Well, that note was printed in Feburary 2002. The c block had 19,200,000 printed minus a few for a skip in numbers between C03520000* and C06400001* and then again between C07040000* and C09600001 *

    i would still keep it though. Its a star :D
