Cool! The 2009 $1 H..* run were the first stars printed for use on LEPE, the BEP's new overprinting and inspection equipment. There seem to be an unusual number of cutting errors in the early LEPE printings--it takes a while to get the new technology shaken down--so these H..* notes are going to be a good place to find this sort of thing.
